Make sure that your Instamacro activity doesn't interact with spam or inappropriate accounts.
The best way to use Filters is to also use a high quality Follow or Liking source. For example, if your Follow or Liking source is set to Tags, ensure that you're interacting with high quality tags that don't include a ton of spam posts.
Filters can be found in Settings page, under Main Settings section.

Remember, using filtering media can slow down your Instamacro activity.
Media gender
This setting will help you to interact with a specific gender. Male, Female or Any of them.
Media type
The Media type setting allows you to interact with only Photos, Videos or Any of them.
Media age
This setting will help you to choose an age of media you want to interact with. From the newest to the oldest.
